ROYSTON – June 2018
To say that these clients love the west coast is a bit of an understatement. The clients in this project work on the west coast in a way that few of us are able, immersing themselves in the very wildest of marine environments. They wanted a home and style that reflected their love of our unique ecosystems, while also combining a few beloved cottage species.
With native plantings of Salal, Evergreen Huckleberry, and many ferns, this is a garden that will grow and meld with the surrounding forest over time. Japanese maples are ideally suited to this climate and provide year round interest in their changing leaves and gorgeous winter lines.
Landscape Installation: Robin Green, Greenatopia
